How to play Crossbar Challenge
- Press Space or tap to start, then press once to lock the angle and once to lock the power.
- Gravity is 900 pixels per second squared and the wind adds up to 60 either way to your horizontal acceleration.
- The goal plane is at the crossbar, 640 pixels from the ball.
- Your previous flight path stays on screen as a dotted line — it is the fastest way to read the wind.
- Ten attempts per game.

Gameplay tips
- Learn one angle first. Around 45 degrees the range is at its maximum for a given power, so it is the easiest setting from which to judge how much power you need.
- Read the wind label before the angle meter. A 60-unit tailwind changes where the ball lands far more than a couple of degrees does.
- Aim to come down onto the bar rather than up into it. A descending ball spends longer near the bar's height, which widens your effective margin.
- Use the previous path. If your last shot cleared the bar by 40 pixels, the same angle with slightly less power is usually the fix — not a new angle.
