1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using footballarcade.xyz (the "Site") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the Site. These terms apply to everyone who visits, including people who only play the games and never read an article.
2. Who operates the Site
The Site is operated by the publisher of Football Arcade. Contact details are on the contact page. The Site is independent and is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, any national association, any league, any club or any broadcaster.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- interfere with, disable or overload the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
- scrape, mirror, frame or republish the Site or substantial parts of it without permission;
- copy, decompile for redistribution, or rehost the games or their source files;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice;
- use the Site in any way that breaks a law that applies to you.
Viewing the source of a page in your browser is expressly fine — we encourage it, because it is how you can verify the numbers our guides quote. Redistributing that source as your own is not.
4. No account, no age gate, no purchases
The Site has no accounts, no logins and nothing to buy. No payment is ever taken through this Site, and we will never ask you for payment details. The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, everything on the Site — the games and their source code, the written guides, the artwork, the logo, the design and the layout — is original work owned by the publisher of Football Arcade and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may link to any page on the Site freely. You may quote a short extract from an article with attribution and a link. You may not republish an article in full, reuse our artwork, or redistribute a game.
6. Third-party names and trademarks
Any third-party name mentioned in an article — a competition, an organisation, a browser, a piece of software — belongs to its owner and is used for identification and editorial comment only. No endorsement or association is implied. No club crest, league mark, competition branding, kit design or player likeness appears anywhere on the Site.
7. The games
The games are provided for entertainment. They run entirely in your browser, save nothing to our servers, and keep your high scores in your own browser storage — which means those scores can be lost if you clear site data, and cannot be transferred between devices. We may change, update or withdraw a game at any time, including changing its mechanics or scoring, in which case the corresponding guide is updated too.
8. Advertising
The Site carries or may carry third-party advertising. Advertisements are labelled, are kept away from the playable area of the games, and are never styled to look like game controls or navigation. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for the products or services they promote. Clicking an advertisement takes you to a third party whose terms and privacy policy then apply.
9. External links
Articles sometimes link to external documentation and reference material. We link because we think it is useful, not because we control it. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of any external site.
10. No warranties
The Site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the information on the Site accurate and the games working, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is professional coaching, medical, fitness or financial advice — see our disclaimer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including lost high scores, lost time, or loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to the Site and to these terms
We may change the Site, add or remove games, or revise these terms. When we revise them we update the "last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the publisher of Football Arcade is established, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring proceedings where you live if the law where you live gives you that right.
